There are an incredible 326 species of birds in Kinabulu National Park, Sabah. Watch out for the red-breasted partridge, Everett's thrush and the Kinabalu serpent eagle. The Short tailed Bush warbler and the Sunda bush warbler usually lurks in the undergrowth at an altitude of about 6500 feet.
